臭氧氧化脫銷工藝

工作原理

在煙氣溫度100-200°C的工況下,利用臭氧和催化氧化裝置將低價態(tài).不溶于水的氮氧化物氧化成高價態(tài).易溶于水的氮氧化物,再通過洗滌液噴淋吸收工藝將氮氧化物吸收掉。
when the flue gas temperature reaches 100-200°C,ozone and catalyticoxidation device make low state nitrogen oxide in the flue gas which isinsoluble in water to be oxidized into nitrogen oxide which is soluble inwater,and then nitrogen oxide will be adsorbed by alkaline washingprocess.

技術(shù)特點

在煙氣溫度100-200°℃的工況下使用,不需增高煙氣的溫度,節(jié)約能源;
臭氧分解后變?yōu)檠鯕?無二次污染,不使用氨等還原劑,無氨逃逸問題;
在NOx含量和煙氣量都不穩(wěn)定進氣條件下,維持90%以上的去除率;
不受煙氣中粉塵影響,可以配合脫硫進行一體化洗滌,同時可脫除汞等重金屬;
使用壽命長,脫硝系統(tǒng)設(shè)備按15年使用壽命設(shè)計,且工藝中無催化劑更換。
